All bundles come with a natural color 1B.

• Are the extensions  virgin or processed ? 
All bundles are virgin but processing is used to give different textures to the hair . Our RAW collection is UNPROCESSED. 

• What is the shipping time? 
Shipping is 2-5 business days not including processing time of 3-12 business days!

• What if I want a refund ?
